Here you will find Delinquent Tax Properties aquired by the City of Memphis that you may place a bid on.

The City of Memphis will accept sealed bids on the following properties:

• 511 N 9th St - Minimum Bid $5,200.00
• 1506 W Main St - Minimum Bid $2,800.00
• Magnolia/Bluff St - Minimum Bid $2,463.00
• 502 Noel St (Old Ritz Theatre) - Minimum Bid $300.00
• 611 W Main St (Old Texas Theatre) - Minimum Bid $300.00

Sealed bids are to be received no later than 5:59 p.m. on April 13, 2026, and will be opened at the 6:00 p.m. Regular City Council Meeting. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
