Swimming Pool

In October 1953, the 188,000-gallon Swimming Pool was constructed at a cost of $55,000. Initially, in August 1952, the citizens cast 250 votes in favor and 268 votes against the bonds for the Park Improvements. In February 1953, the initiative passed with 281 votes in favor and 245 votes against. For its first year in 1954, the pool had an operating budget of $3,923.00. Currently, the annual cost to operate the pool is $54,692.00.

Opening Day for 2026 is currently slated for Memorial Day weekend.

Hours: Tuesday - Sunday 1:00 - 6:00 P.M. Closed on Mondays.

Admission: Adults/Students $5.00 & Ages 1-5 $2.00.

Season passes: Individuals $100.00, Family up to 4 members $150.00 & $50.00 for each additional family member.

Pool Party Rentals: $75.00 per hour, 2-hour minimum. Rentals from 6:00-8:00 p.m. or 8:00-10:00 p.m.
